Legacy Swim Lesson
For every client that has had a swim lesson package in 2025 between the month of June and November.
Service Description
Legacy Swim Lessons are exclusively available to families who participated in Dip’N & Dive’N programs through November 2025. This package allows returning clients to continue lessons under the established rate and structure they received during the initial enrollment period. If your swimmer attended lessons before December 2025, please select the Legacy Swim Lessons option when booking to ensure accurate pricing and scheduling. Please note: eligibility for this category will be reviewed and approved based on prior participation before December 2025. Requests that do not meet this requirement may be declined. We look forward to welcoming your family back to the pool and continuing your child’s progress with confidence and care.
Cancellation Policy
We want every lesson to be safe, smooth, and fun! Here’s what families should know: * ⏰ Be on time— late arrivals can’t be extended. * 🚫 No-shows without notice won’t be credited. * 💻 Payments are online only and due before lessons. * 🌦️ If lessons are canceled by the instructor (weather, pool closure, etc.), you’ll receive a credit to reschedule. * 👨👩👧 Parents MUST stay on-site for the entire lesson. * 🚻 Please use the bathroom before lessons; little ones who aren’t potty-trained must wear swim diapers. * 🤒 Stay home if sick— credits are available for illness. * ❤️ Share any medical needs before the first lesson so I can best support your swimmer. * 🌊 Respect & safety first — follow pool rules, no rough play, and listen to your instructor. Behavior & Participation Policy (Recommended) Children are expected to participate respectfully and follow instructor guidance during lessons. Repeated or excessive disruptive behavior that interferes with safety, instruction, or the experience of other swimmers may result in a pause or discontinuation of lessons. In such cases, alternative options or next steps will be discussed with the parent or guardian. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping lessons positive and safe for everyone!
